3. Payment & Billing

Payments for one-time services are due upon agreement of the scope of work. Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. All fees are quoted in USD.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your accounting files and business data to allow us to perform our services effectively.

5. Limitation of Liability

QuickBookSupport LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
