1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If our technicians are unable to resolve the primary issue agreed upon in the scope of work, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

• One-Time Fixes: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service date.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime. Refunds are available for the current month if cancelled within 7 days of the renewal date, provided no services were used.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Software licenses purchased through us are non-refundable once the license key has been activated.
